Changing an appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact Kieanna as early as possible. Repeated missed appointments may affect the availability of future bookings.
KMbeauty by Kieanna does not currently require a booking deposit.
Late arrival
Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the treatment may need to be shortened or moved so that later appointments are not delayed.
Patch testing and suitability
Some lash, brow or tint services may require a patch test before the appointment. Kieanna will confirm the requirement for your chosen service.
Tell Kieanna before booking about allergies, sensitivities, reactions or a current condition affecting the treatment area. Medical concerns should be discussed with an appropriate healthcare professional.
Website enquiries
The website enquiry form emails the details you submit directly to Kieanna. Resend processes the submission only to deliver that email. KMbeauty by Kieanna uses the information to respond to your enquiry and arrange your appointment.
Do not include detailed medical information in the general enquiry form. Treatment suitability and relevant health information can be discussed directly with Kieanna.

How do I book?
Contact Kieanna through telephone, email, Instagram, TikTok or the website enquiry form. Your appointment is confirmed when Kieanna agrees the date and time.
Where is the studio?
KMbeauty by Kieanna is in Coolafancy, Tinahely, Co. Wicklow. Enter Eircode Y14 DC90 in Google Maps for directions.
Is parking available?
Yes. Easy parking is available for clients.
When is the studio open?
Standard appointment hours are Monday to Saturday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. Evening and other out-of-hours appointments may be requested.
Are eyelashes included with makeup?
No. The confirmed makeup price is €50 without eyelashes.
Can I bring a reference image?
Yes. A reference can help communicate the finish you prefer, subject to consultation and suitability.
What happens if I am late?
An appointment may need to be shortened or moved if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
What if I am under 18?
